Shipping 

All goods are shipped with Australia Post Parcel service, or courier service, within one business day after payment received for the order, from Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.

Timing of delivery 

The timing of delivery is depending on the speed of Auspost or couriers , once an order is posted, tracking information will be sent to buyers through email or TXT  message.

*Due to the current climate with COVID and Australia Post/Couriers being considerably behind, we ask for your understanding that it may be extended in some situations.

Person to be at delivery point 

If it is not possible to have a person at the nominated address to receive the goods, you must nominate a place where the goods can be left. Any items left at this location are your own responsibility, and will not be replaced if damaged or stolen.

We may need to provide your name and contact number (or your nominated representative) to the delivery company so they can arrange delivery. You consent to us providing that information.

ADDRESS CHANGES:

If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and as well as a re-shipping fee (dependent on the items’ weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:

We accept no responsibility taken for any additional charges incurred in the buyers’ country of residence, EG: Customs, VAT etc. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses outside of Australia. Please consider whether the electrical information (i.e. power plug type) of the item you are buying is suitable for the country you live in, as this will be considered a change of mind purchase.

 

Return & Refund

We check all our good before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged before we sell them. They are very well packed, especially those fragile products.
If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us within 24 hours of deliver. We will request a photo of any damaged goods as well as the package to confirm the extent of damage, and as a proof for us to claim to Auspost or couriers, and in case it’s sent through Auspost, the damaged item together with the original package is requested to be taken to your local post office to obtain a damage report number which is for claim to Auspost. Once this procedure is completed, we will replace your item immediately (providing the item is available, otherwise a replacement will be offered or a full refund). We will take full responsibility and endeavour to have this rectified as soon as possible.Please ensure all claims for breakage are reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, as it’s the courier insurance requirement.

For change of mind returns

We want you to love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 15 days of the date you received it, no questions asked. As a response to your request, you will be sent instructions on returning the product. After notifying us, Australian customers have 7 days and International customers have 14 days to return their product in its original condition. We will only accept items that have not been used and returned in their original packaging. Please note that the protective packaging are considered as part of the product (as this will protect the product from damage during the return transport) and must be included when returning your order. Any returns that do not meet our Policy may be issued with a credit note or will not be accepted and will be returned to you.You will be responsible for all shipping charges to facilitate a change of mind return. If you change your mind, we will provide you with a refund in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less all shipping costs. Items returned must be in “as-new” condition. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Please return items secured in their original packaging to avoid breakage during transport and packaging must be in good condition. We strongly advise International customers to look into return costs prior to purchasing online for an estimated charge.Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in “as-new” condition, we will issue you with a refund, in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less the cost to ship the product to you and the return shipping (if organised by us) back to the warehouse. The return shipping cost is the same as the initial delivery fee (if organised by us). If you purchase an item with promotional shipping (discounted or free shipping) and you return it because you change your mind, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from your refund. Both the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of the return shipping (if organised by us) to the warehouse will be deducted. Refunds by law:In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match description.We are not liable for the loss of an item being returned and we strongly recommend that you return it using registered mail.

Q: Are your items new

A: Yes, all of our item are new unless stated differently in the item description.

Q: When can I expect my item to arrive

A: We generally dispatch the item one business day of the payment clearing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment and another as soon as it ships. Most of our items take between 2-7 working days depending on  Auspost or couriers’ speed, to arrive to all of Australia excluding remote areas in WA etc.

Q: Do you post International

A: Yes, most of our items are open to overseas shipping if they are not, please contact

us   with the country details and the item number you are interested in and we will send you a quote.
